• Booking your date
Your session date is officially saved once your contract is signed and your retainer is paid. Until then, it’s still open on my calendar.
• Real life happens (especially with kids)
If someone wakes up sick, has a rough day, or life throws a curveball, just reach out. One reschedule is allowed when needed, based on availability. No guilt, I get it.
• Weather flexibility
If the weather isn’t safe or workable, we’ll reschedule. Overcast skies are totally fine and often make for the softest, prettiest light.
• Timing matters
Please try your best to arrive on time so we can make the most of our session. Late arrivals may mean less shooting time, especially if I have another family scheduled after you.
• What sessions actually feel like
Kids don’t need to behave, smile on command, or look at the camera the whole time. Wandering, cuddling, snack breaks, and movement are all part of the process.
• If things feel chaotic, that’s normal
Some of the best photos come from the in‑between moments: the quick hugs, deep breaths, and kids coming back to you when they need comfort.
• Your gallery
You’ll receive a curated gallery of fully edited images within the delivery timeframe outlined in your contract. Image counts vary by session, and RAW images aren’t delivered.
• Editing style
You’re booking me for my warm, natural, true‑to‑life style. I don’t offer heavy re‑editing or style changes — consistency is part of what makes the photos feel timeless.
• Sharing your photos
You’re welcome to print and share your images for personal use. Please credit Jersey Sunshine Photography when sharing online.
• Privacy
I may share images from your session unless you ask me not to, and I always respect privacy requests.
