Your Hunterdon County Family Photographer
I’m Lisa, a New Jersey family photographer, mom of three, and the heart behind Jersey Sunshine Photography. My world is full in the best way, with three kids ages ten, six, and eighteen months, a husband who has been by my side since high school, and a golden retriever named Jersey who inspired the name of my business.
Photography began as a way to document my own children and quickly grew into a passion for capturing real life as it unfolds. I’m drawn to the moments that feel small but mean everything. The way your child reaches for your hand, the unfiltered laughter, the quiet pauses in between. My work focuses on connection, movement, and feeling rather than posed perfection.
I live in Hunterdon County and photograph families throughout New Jersey. The beach, especially LBI, is my happy place, and that laid back, sun soaked feeling shows up often in my work through warmth, ease, and an unhurried approach.
With years of experience photographing families across New Jersey, I’ve learned how to create a calm, comfortable experience from start to finish. I’m also a full time teacher in a local school district, which means patience, flexibility, and understanding children comes naturally. Kids are free to be themselves, parents can relax, and real moments are always the priority.
